Two-Hour Senior Session
Service Description
Ideal for seniors who want to make the most of their session by incorporating multiple locations and multiple outfit changes. This 2-hour session allows for a more in-depth experience, giving you the opportunity to show off different sides of your personality in diverse settings. You'll receive a curated digital gallery with a print release for easy access to your photos. Location & Timing: We’ll shoot at multiple locations within 2 hours in the Bowling Green, OH area, with no extra travel fees. If you're planning for a further location, please reach out for custom options. Start times may vary with the seasons, so pick your ideal date and time, and we’ll confirm the best light for your session. Booking Details: A non-refundable $50 retainer is required to secure your session, with the remaining balance due on the day of the shoot. This retainer ensures your date and includes one complimentary reschedule for non-emergency changes. Life happens—just keep me informed, and we’ll make sure your senior session is unforgettable.
Booking Policy
Payment: The remaining balance for the session is due on the day of the photoshoot. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours before the session date without any additional charges. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the session may incur a rescheduling fee of $50. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. The booking fee is non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if the cancellation is made in time. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered canceled, and your booking fee will be forfeited. Weather Policy: In the case of inclement weather, the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge. We will work with you to find the next available date. Final Images: Your final images will be delivered within 2 - 4 weeks after the session. No RAW images will be delivered. If for any reason your gallery will take longer than 4 weeks, we will reach out to keep you updated on the timeline. Model Release: By booking a session, you grant China Rae Studios permission to use your images for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise requested in writing.
