Service Description
Perfect for single families, couples, and maternity shoots looking to capture beautiful and lasting memories. Enjoy a full 1-hour session filled with laughter, love, and a mix of candid and posed moments. You'll receive a curated digital gallery with a print release, allowing you to print your favorite photos at your preferred print lab. Location & Timing: We'll shoot at any location within 1 hour of Bowling Green, OH, with no additional travel fees. If you're located beyond this range, please reach out for custom travel arrangements. Start times may vary with the seasons, so pick your ideal date and time, and we'll confirm the best light for your shoot. Booking Details: To reserve your 1-hour session, a non-refundable $50 retainer is required, with the balance due at the time of your session. This retainer secures your date and includes one complimentary reschedule for non-emergency changes. Life happens—just keep me informed, and we'll ensure your cherished memories are beautifully captured.
Booking Policy
Payment: The remaining balance for your session is due on the day of the photoshoot. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the session may incur a $50 rescheduling fee. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. The booking fee is non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if canceled in time. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered canceled, and your booking fee will be forfeited. Weather Policy: In the case of inclement weather, the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge. We will work with you to find the next available date. Final Images: Your final images will be delivered within 2 - 4 weeks after the session. No RAW images will be delivered. If for any reason your gallery will take longer than 4 weeks, we will reach out to keep you updated on the timeline. Model Release: By booking a session, you grant China Rae Studios permission to use your images for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
