Service Description
For seniors who want a more extensive and personalized session, this 3-hour session allows for multiple locations, multiple outfit changes, and even the option to break it up into different seasons. This session is perfect for capturing your senior year in different settings, offering a more relaxed and customizable experience. You’ll receive a curated digital gallery with a print release to easily print your favorite shots. Location & Timing: We’ll shoot at multiple locations in the Bowling Green, OH area, and can break the 3-hour session into separate days or seasons. For locations beyond the 1-hour radius, please reach out for custom travel arrangements. Start times may vary with the seasons, so select your date(s), and we’ll confirm the best timing and locations for your session. Booking Details: A non-refundable $50 retainer is required to book your session, with the remaining balance due on the day of the shoot. This retainer secures your date(s) and includes one complimentary reschedule for non-emergency changes. Life happens—just keep me in the loop, and we’ll ensure your senior session captures every moment of your journey.
Booking Policy
Payment: The remaining balance for the session is due on the day of the photoshoot. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours before the session date without any additional charges. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the session may incur a rescheduling fee of $50. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. The booking fee is non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if the cancellation is made in time. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered canceled, and your booking fee will be forfeited. Weather Policy: In the case of inclement weather, the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge. We will work with you to find the next available date. Final Images: Your final images will be delivered within 2 - 4 weeks after the session. No RAW images will be delivered. If for any reason your gallery will take longer than 4 weeks, we will reach out to keep you updated on the timeline. Model Release: By booking a session, you grant China Rae Studios permission to use your images for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise requested in writing.
