Service Description
Join me on Friday, July 19th at the beautiful Simpson Garden Park in Bowling Green for a limited series of mini sessions designed to capture the magic of summer, without the stress of a full-length shoot. 🌼 What’s included: • A relaxed 20-minute session • A full gallery of high-res images (both color + black & white edits) • Beautiful natural light, blooming gardens, and good vibes • All for just $95 These sessions are perfect for: ✔️ Seniors who want a quick, stylish update ✔️ Couples needing a fresh photo (hello, anniversary pics!) ✔️ Families looking to freeze time before school starts ✔️ Anyone who loves a lush garden backdrop 🌿 ⏳ Spots are limited! Only 4 sessions available, and once they’re gone—they’re gone. Please note: Mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back. If you arrive late, the missed time is forfeited. Booking Policy
Mini Sessions are available one day only on the specified date and time. By booking, you agree to the following terms: Time-Sensitive Scheduling: Each mini session is 20 minutes long and scheduled back-to-back. Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you’re ready to begin on time. If you arrive late, that time will be deducted from your session. Sessions cannot be extended or rescheduled for lateness. No refunds or partial credits will be issued. Session Availability: Mini sessions are offered only on the advertised date and time slots. Booking is first come, first served, and spots are limited. Rescheduling is not available for these one-day sessions. Payment & Cancellation: Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your time slot. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp. These sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may gift or resell your spot to someone else, but please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Weather Plan: In the event of bad weather, a backup date will be provided. If you cannot make the backup date, the session fee will be held as a credit for a future session (within the same calendar year). Final Images: Your final images will be delivered within 2 - 3 weeks after the session. No RAW images will be delivered. If for any reason your gallery will take longer than 3 weeks, I will reach out to keep you updated on the timeline. Model Release: By booking a session, you grant China Rae Studios permission to use your images for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
