Whether you're celebrating a small, intimate ceremony or hosting an unforgettable milestone event, our packages provide the perfect balance of coverage for your special day. Hourly Package Rates Include: Photography coverage for elopements, micro weddings, birthday parties, and other special events A personalized approach to ensure every detail is captured High-quality, professionally edited images delivered in an online gallery Booking Details: This pricing covers events within a 1-hour radius from Bowling Green, OH with no additional travel fees. For locations beyond this range, please contact us to discuss travel fees and arrangements. We’ll work with you to ensure the best experience, no matter where your event takes place. Package Options: Choose from 1–4 hours of photography, with the flexibility to extend coverage if needed Tailored to fit small and intimate celebrations, ensuring every meaningful moment is beautifully captured Whether you’re planning a quiet elopement, a small gathering, or a fun celebration, we’ll help make sure your memories are professionally documented and cherished for years to come.
Booking Policy
Payment: The remaining balance for your photography coverage is due on the day of the event. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event up to 14 days before the scheduled date without additional charges. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event may incur a rescheduling fee of $100. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 14 days in advance. The booking fee is non-refundable but may be applied to a future event if canceled in time. Late Arrivals: If your event runs behind schedule, I will do my best to accommodate, but additional time beyond the booked coverage may be subject to additional fees. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes past the agreed-upon start time without prior notice, coverage may be adjusted accordingly. Weather Policy: For outdoor events, in the case of inclement weather, we will work with you to adjust the schedule or location if needed. If the event is postponed due to weather, rescheduling will be accommodated at no additional charge, based on availability. Final Images: Your final images will be delivered within 4 - 6 weeks after the event. No RAW images will be delivered. If for any reason your gallery will take longer than 6 weeks, we will reach out to keep you updated on the timeline. Model Release: By booking a session, you grant China Rae Studios permission to use your images for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
