With 8 hours of photography, I’ll document everything from the final touches of getting ready to the heartfelt speeches and first dances. This package offers the ideal balance of coverage to ensure your love story is told in stunning detail, while keeping the experience manageable. This Package Includes: -8 hours of coverage, providing ample time to capture the key moments of your day -Complimentary Engagement Session to celebrate your journey before the wedding day. Booking Policy
Payment and Deposit To secure your wedding date for the Diamond Wedding Collection, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the collection price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the wedding date. Failure to complete the full payment on time may result in the cancellation of the booking. We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard Visa American Express Discover Apple Pay Google Pay PayPal Venmo CashApp Rescheduling: You may reschedule your wedding up to 90 days before the original date without additional charges, subject to availability. A new contract and deposit will be required if rescheduled after the original booking date. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing via email to hello@chinaraestudios.com. The 20% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 90 days of the event: Full payment is still required and will not be refunded. Cancellations within 180 days of the event: The deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments made will be refunded at the photographer’s discretion, depending on circumstances. Rescheduled weddings: Subject to availability. If China Rae Studios is unavailable, the deposit will be forfeited. Late Arrivals If your wedding is delayed, China Rae Studios will make every effort to adjust the schedule and accommodate the new timeline. However, additional charges may apply if coverage extends beyond the contracted hours. If there is a delay of more than 30 minutes from the agreed start time without prior notification, we may adjust coverage accordingly. Travel and Accommodation For weddings located outside a 50-mile radius of China Rae Studios' home base, the CLIENT is responsible for covering all travel and accommodation costs. These expenses will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full before the wedding date.
