Service Description
Ideal for multi-unit families looking to capture cherished moments together. This session can include as many or as few groupings, individuals, and candid shots as you'd like, making it perfect for celebrating your entire family in one beautiful collection. Enjoy up to an 1 hour and 30 minute session designed to capture all your special connections. You'll receive a curated digital gallery with a print release, so you can print your favorite images at your chosen print lab. Location & Timing: We'll shoot at any location within 1 hour of Bowling Green, OH, with no extra travel fees. For locations beyond this range, please reach out for custom travel options. Start times may vary with the seasons, so pick your preferred date and time, and we'll confirm the best lighting for your session. Booking Details: To reserve your extended family session, a non-refundable $50 retainer is required, with the remaining balance due on the day of the session. This retainer secures your booking and includes one complimentary reschedule for non-emergency changes. Life happens—just keep me updated, and we'll make sure to capture those timeless family memories.
Booking Policy
Payment: The remaining balance for your session is due on the day of the photoshoot. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the session may incur a $50 rescheduling fee. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. The booking fee is non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if canceled in time. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered canceled, and your booking fee will be forfeited. Weather Policy: In the case of inclement weather, the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge. We will work with you to find the next available date. Final Images: Your final images will be delivered within 2 - 4 weeks after the session. No RAW images will be delivered. If for any reason your gallery will take longer than 4 weeks, we will reach out to keep you updated on the timeline. Model Release: By booking a session, you grant China Rae Studios permission to use your images for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
