Booking Policy

Included with Wedding Package The engagement session is included with all wedding packages, and no additional deposit or payment is required for the session itself. Session Scheduling Please select a date for your engagement session that aligns with your wedding timeline. Session dates are subject to availability, so it’s recommended to book early to secure your preferred time. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: You may reschedule your engagement session up to 7 days before the scheduled date without additional charges, based on availability. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 7 days before the session. As the session is included in your wedding package, no refund or credit is available for cancellations. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened, and no additional time will be added. Weather Policy For outdoor sessions, in case of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule or move the session indoors, based on availability. Location and Travel Fees Engagement sessions within 30 miles of China Rae Studios’ home base are included at no additional charge. Travel beyond this distance may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Image Delivery Final edited images from your engagement session will be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. No RAW images will be delivered. If for any reason your gallery will take longer than 4 weeks, we will reach out to keep you updated on the timeline.
